Newberry College Athletics

Bill was an outstanding athlete from Youngstown, Ohio. He lettered in football, basketball, and track. He was captain of the football team in 1938 and was also named to the Little All-American team. His athletic recognition, academic success, and student leadership qualify him for this honor.
