ABOUT LICENSING & TRADEMARKS
The Newberry College licensing program was developed to promote, protect, and control the proper usage of the Newberry College brand. The college manages the presentation of the brand which includes all use of trademarks, service marks, logos, insignias, seals, symbols, or slogans that is associated with or referring to Newberry College. The college requires all who use these marks to obtain the approval from Newberry College before producing any products that utilize the Newberry College brand.
Newberry College has partnered with Learfield Licensing Partners to help manage the licensing of the college marks. All revenue generated through licensing is reinvested into Newberry College to help fund and support the Newberry Athletics program.
