Morgan was another among the long list of great athletes that came from Youngstown, Ohio. Morgan graduated in the class of 1942. During his college career, he distinguished himself in football, basketball, & baseball by lettering in each sport during the four year period. He was captain of the baseball team in his senior year. He was selected to play in the North Carolina vs. South Carolina All Star Carolina Bowl. By his outstanding play as a three sport letterman, Morgan earned his place an all time great athlete.
