The Newberry College men's lacrosse team has jumped to #9 in this week's United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Division 2 poll.

Last week the Wolves beat #16 Catawba and #6 Lenoir-Rhyne on the road to improve to 6-2 overall and 2-0 in the South Atlantic Conference.

The Wolves began the season at #13 in the preseason poll and were ranked #17 last week.

Newberry hosts Mars Hill Saturday at 4:00 p.m. at Setzler Field.
