NEWBERRY, S.C. - Following a historic season for Newberry men's lacrosse, six Wolves were recognized on the USILA All-American teams, which were announced yesterday.
Leading the way was Ryan Morrison, who earned First Team All-American honors as a defender after anchoring one of the top defensive units in the region throughout the season.
Liam Vollans was named a Second Team All-American midfielder following another standout year in the middle of the field, showcasing his versatility on both ends.
At long stick midfielder, Brian Lake collected Third Team All-American honors for his impactful defensive play and ability to create momentum for the Wolves in transition.
Newberry also had three players receive Honorable Mention recognition. Ben McMullen earned honorable mention honors as a goalkeeper after a stellar season between the pipes, while Scott Williams was recognized as a midfielder for his consistent playmaking ability throughout the year. Gage Vigar rounded out the selections with honorable mention honors at attacker after helping lead the Wolves offensively this season.
The six selections highlight the success Newberry men's lacrosse enjoyed throughout the 2025 campaign and further showcase the program's presence on the national stage.
