NEWBERRY, SC - The Newberry College men's and women's tennis teams went against North Georgia squad today but ultimately fell short, with the women dropping a 6-1 decision and the men falling 7-0.

Women's Recap:

Despite the tough result, Aina Miralles provided a bright spot for the Wolves, securing a hard-fought singles victory (6-4, 7-5). 

Margarita Roshka also showed tremendous resilience, battling through three sets before falling in a nail-biting tiebreaker (2-6, 6-1, TB 8/10).

Men's Recap:

On the men's side, Joshua Fritz and David Negzaovi earned a strong 6-4 doubles win, showcasing solid teamwork and execution. 

The men's team will verse Georgia College at home on February 18th at 2:00 PM while the women's team will face off against Lander University at their courts on February 20th at 2:00 PM.
