MATCHUPÂ HISTORY
Saturday's matchup second meeting of the season and the 57th meeting all-time between Newberry and Mars Hill, with the Wolves boasting an impressive ten-game win streak over the Mountain Lions dating back to 2016.
The last matchup between the Wolves and Mountain Lions took place on Nov. 17, 2021, with Newberry taking the victory in blowout fashion 82-46.Â

De'Ja Marshall leads the Mountain Lions in scoring, boasting a 15.2 point per game and 8.8 rebound stat line. Zanah Boyd ranks second in scoring, also averaging double figures with 12.5 points per game and 6.6 rebounds through 11 games.Â
