ABOUT NEWBERRY
The women’s soccer team has been predicted to finish in fourth place in the South Atlantic Conference in 2015, as announced in the annual preseason coaches’ poll.
The Wolves are led by second-year head coach Deedee Sanguinetti, who earned 2014 South Atlantic Conference Coach of the Year honors. Despite losing a big offensive group from the 2014 season, Sanguinetti is hopeful for a successful season this year.
The defense will be led by senior Amber Sanchez who started every game last season.
Newberry fell to Tampa in 2010, 1-0 at the CSU Invitational and is 0-2 all-time against the Spartans. The game against Rollins will be the first match between the two schools.
ABOUT TAMPA

The Spartans have been selected to finish fifth in the Sunshine State Conference preseason poll. Tampa will return two All-American players, Cici Gonzalez and Lauren Moore.
ABOUT ROLLINS
Rollins opens the 2015 campaign ranked No. 2 in the NSCAA NCAA Division II National Poll. The ranking is the highest in the program's history. The reigning NSCAA Division II Coach of the Year, Alicia Schuck returns five of the teams’ top-seven scorers from a year ago, including two-time Daktronics first team All-American Paxton Sickler. Joining Sickler is fellow SSC first-teamer Mora Johnson who led the team with 15 goals last season.
