ANDERSON, S.C.- The Wolves are on the road to Anderson for the first round of the South Atlantic Softball Championship tomorrow, they are set to play the #3 seed Carson-Newman at 3:30.
When the two teams met earlier this season in March they split, the Eagles took game one 10-1 and the Wolves took game two 6-3.

Scouting the Wolves
- The Wolves finished sixth in the conference with their record of 25-23 overall and 11-13 in SAC after splitting with Tusculum last Saturday.
- In their 9-0 mercy rule win against the Pioneers, senior pitcher Olivia Chestnut threw a no hitter with eight strikeouts in her five innings of work.
- Chestnut was also named one of this week's South Carolina Army National Guard Players of the Week.
- Kristin Griffin leads the pack with a .402 batting average.
Scouting the Eagles
- The Eagles finished third in the conference with their record of 30-16 overall and 16-6 in SAC after sweeping Lenoir-Rhyne last Saturday.
- Macy Hughes leads the Eagles with a .438 batting average.
- Pitcher Emma Frost earned All-SAC second team honors; she has an ERA of 2.94 with a 16-3 record.
