ROCK HILL, S.C. – The South Atlantic Conference announced its WePlayed Sports Men's Lacrosse Players of the Week this afternoon, and Jack Travassos was named the Defensive Player of the Week for the second time this season.

Travassos, a senior, caused two turnovers and picked up four ground balls in the Wolves' 14-12 regular-season finale win at Anderson. Travassos again caused a pair of turnovers in addition to grabbing three ground balls on Saturday in Newberry's 20-14 SAC quarterfinal win over the Trojans.

The Wolves will visit undefeated and top-seeded Limestone in the SAC semifinals on Wednesday afternoon (April 24) in Gaffney. Faceoff is scheduled for 3:00.
