GREENEVILLE, TN.- The Wolves defeated the Pioneers for the second time this season 87-77 this afternoon on the road.
Four Wolves scored in the double digits this afternoon against the Pioneers.
April Rummery-Lamb led the pack, being one rebound away from a double-double with 25 points and nine rebounds. Jess Tomkins was behind her with 12 points and seven rebounds. Ella Pearson and Caylin Moment both contributed 11 points.
Deshona Gaither led the Wolves in steals with six.
The Wolves had 21 second chance points to the Pioneers 10.
At the beginning of the contest the Wolves came out firing on all cylinders. The Pack outscored the Pioneers 48-29 in the first half. To start it all off the Wolves went on a 7-0 run to gain a healthy lead. At the end of the first quarter the Wolves led by 13 points and kept the lead for the remainder of the game.
The Scarlett and Gray went 11of 26 from the field whereas the Pioneers went 3 of 14 in the first quarter.
