The Newberry College men's wrestling team is picked to finish second in the Conference Carolinas preseason poll.

Last year the Wolves posted a 10-6 overall dual record and 8-1 in Conference Carolinas and finished third at the Conference Carolinas Tournament.

Newberry also finished third in the NCAA Super Region II Tournament.

Top returning wrestlers include 2023 Super Region champion John Parker (197), and Andrew Reed, who finished third at the Super Region Tournament (184).

This week the Wolves travel to Lincoln Memorial for a Conference Carolinas dual Wednesday night and then face off against Lander at the Throwdown at the Yorktown Friday in Charleston.
