NEWBERRY ­  ?  The Newberry College men's lacrosse team was crowned the 2023 statistical champions in man-up offense for the 2023 spring season. This is the first statistical championship in program history.
The Wolves had a .520 percentage when up a man on the offensive end with 39 extra man goals on 75 attempts. The Wolves also finished the season third in the nation with a .370 shot percentage.
The Wolves finished their 2023 season with a 11-5 record (6-3, SAC) with a SAC postseason semifinal appearance
