GAFFNEY, S.C.- The Wolves Volleyball team fell to the Saints of Limestone University in four sets this evening.  

The Wolves started strong in the first set maintaining the lead up until the Saints tied it up at 14-14. The Wolves battled to keep the score close until the Saints finished the set 25-21.  

The second set was close till the end with it being the highest scoring set with the end score of 26-24. The Wolves were one point from taking the set with the help from Anna Schneider until the Saints came back to tie it up and finish the set.  

The Wolves did not give up and came out on top in the third set with the score being 25-22. The Wolves trailed in the beginning but found momentum and capitalized on the Saints errors.  

The fifth set was close throughout also, but the Saints closed the set 25-22 taking the match.  

Game Leaders 

Schneider led the pack offensively with 12 kills, Madison Watson, and Samantha Shaffer with nine. Taylor Hall and Schneider both led with two aces. Watson led with six blocks, Schneider with five, and Hall with three. Olivia Bradley led the Wolves with 28 digs, Hall with 18, Katy Morrison with nine.  

Career Highs 

Watson set a new career high this evening with nine kills and 12.5 points.
