NEWBERRY – Newberry College will welcome Allen University, Lees-McRae and Washington Adventist to Eleazer Area as the 2015 Newberry Invitational will kick off tonight at 7 p.m.

Allen University will play Lees-McRae to kick off the Invitational.

The Wolves will host Lees-McRae on Saturday, November 21 with tip off at 5 p.m.

At 7 p.m. Allen will play Washington Adventist.

The Wolves will be back in action on Sunday, November 22 against Washington Adventist as they will tip off at 2 p.m.  

The Wolves won their last match against Marshall University in an exhibition game by a score of 101-89. James Stepp led the way offensively with 20 points while Brandon Taylor was six for six from the field with 17 points and seven boards. Xavier Holmes also added seven rebounds and 15 points. Xavier Hill also contributed with 10 points while Gerald Evans had four points, nine assists and three steals to help the Wolves run down the Herd.
