Went 10-3 at 133 pounds... Went 4-0 at Super Region II Tournament, winning his first region title and qualifying for his first national tournament... Brought a 10-match win streak into the national tournament... His 10 wins were second-most on the team... Named All-SACC First Team 

2019-20
Finished the season with an 8-6 record... Had four bonus point wins... Went 5-3 in conference matches... Placed fifth at Super Region II tournament, going 3-2 with all three wins being bonus point wins... Opened his region tournament run with a tech fall win over Dylan Wilman of Mount Olive... Named All-SACC second team

2018-19
Went 16-15 on the season with a conference record of 3-3... Had seven falls on the year... Placed sixth at the Super Region 2 Championships... Placed fourth at the Wolfpack Open... Named All-ECAC second team.

2017-18
Ended his season at 125 pounds with a 13-13 record... Secured two wins at the Wolfpack Open over William Adame of St. Andrews and Ryan More of Virginia Tech... Neal also picked up two impressive wins at the Tracy Borah Duals over opponents from Simon Fraser and Colorado Mesa... He was 5-1 in conference duals... Neal advanced to the NCAA Division II Wrestling Championship off of a second-place finish at the Midwest Super Regional... On the national stage, Neal dropped the two matches he competed in... Named All-ECAC Second Team and Midwest Regional Outstanding Freshman
