Ka'asha Jefferies enters her second season as an assistant coach under Ross Kessler.
Jefferies, a graduate of UNC Pembroke, was a defensive specialist as she was second on the team in digs with 441 in her freshman campaign. After she concluded her playing career, she served as UNC Pembroke's Club Volleyball coach. Jefferies was also a member of Triangle Volleyball Club in Raleigh, N.C.
"With her history of playing experience for UNC Pembroke and Triangle, she's very familiar with the area and has great connections in the right places," added Kessler. "I'm excited to get her in the gym and get to work on building a new era for Wolves Volleyball."
Jefferies, a native of Garner, N.C., played at Garner Magnet High School where she was a four-time all-conference and all-academic selection.
