While at North Myrtle Beach High School, Monahan lettered in soccer four years. She was a one time recipient of the All-Region 1st Team and twice a All-Region 2nd Team. She won the coach's and chief award.
In her free time she enjoys listening to music and coloring. Her favorite movie is I Can Only Imagine and her favorite tv show is Riverdale. Her mother is her role model. Her favorite musician/band is Lauren Daigle. Her best athletic moment was being a state cup finalist in the challenge division. Her favorite athlete is Alex Morgan. She is the daughter of Jason and Sarah Monahan.
