Appeared in 10 games...Recorded a season high 18 minutes at Mars Hill on Feb. 19...Nabbed a steal, two assists, seven rebounds, and played 47 minutes her freshman season averaging 4.7 minutes per game.

Prior to Newberry
From Lincolnton High School in Lincolnton, N.C. She was MVP, All-District, and All-Conference three times. A first team All-Conference, 1st team All-County and two time MVP who finished her junior season averaging 12ppg and 5.9apg. Saylor's senior season was cut short due to an injury but she still finished her high school career with 816 points and 292 assists.
