Played in all 11 games with six starts...Made 30 tackles with 22 solo stops...Tied for second on the team with four pass breakups...Forced two fumbles, including a momentum-shifting third-quarter takeaway at Carson-Newman Sept. 23 that Joe Blue recovered in the end zone, sparking a come-from-behind 25-21 win that was Newberry's 10th straight in the SAC...Forced a fumble at Wingate Oct. 28 and recovered another at Lenoir-Rhyne Oct. 7...At least one tackle in every game.
