Newberry College Athletics

Korey Singh is in his second season as an assistant for head coach Jay Snyder.

Singh work with the Wolves hitters and works defensively with the catchers and first basemen.

A native of Midlothian, VA, Singh has a diverse baseball background as both a coach and player.
 
Korey came to Newberry after serving as the Graduate Assistant Director of Baseball Operations at Radford University, VA since the Fall of 2022. During his playing days, Singh was a student-athlete at James Madison University, Patrick Henry Community College, and Norfolk State. Beyond the diamond, Korey has exhibited the type of qualities that Snyder wanted to add to his staff. 
  
Singh graduated in May 2024 with a Master of Arts in Media and Communication from Norfolk State University after completing his undergrad from the same institution in May 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication.
