Pitched in 16 games with 14 starts after working exclusively as a reliever during his first three seasons...Went 6-6 with a 4.15 ERA as Newberry's "Friday night" starter, finishing second on the team with 80.1 innings pitched and fourth with 58 strikeouts...Won four consecutive starts vs. Anderson, at Wingate and Carson-Newman, and vs. No. 15 Catawba in March and April in a critical stretch for Newberry's conference championship hopes, pitching six or more innings and allowing three or less runs in three of the four games...Pitched a complete-game gem against Davis & Elkins, giving up a run on two hits with no walks and 10 strikeouts in a 26-1 win, Newberry's first nine-inning complete game since April 2017...Retired 23 of the last 24 batters he faced in the Davis & Elkins game...Part of the winningest senior class in school history (131 wins)...Member of Newberry's first-ever conference regular season championship team that spent eight weeks ranked in the top 10 and set school record with 41 wins.
