Started all 11 games at cornerback...Led SAC with 15 passes defended (2 interceptions, 13 breakups), second-most in a single season in Newberry's computer stats era...Picked off two passes vs. Carson-Newman, returning one 58 yards for a touchdown...Eight games with at least one pass defended...Primary contributor in coverage to a Wolves' defense that ranked in the top 15 in passing defense, total defense, and scoring defense, leading the SAC in all three categories.

Started two games at cornerback and played in eight overall after moving from wide receiver...Made 16 tackles, including a career high six at Wingate Oct. 28...Twelve of his tackles were unassisted...Broke up four passes...Recorded first career pick against Mars Hill Nov. 11 as entire Wolves' defense was named SAC Player of the Week, tying SAC record with six interceptions and limiting Lions to school-record 5.2 passer rating.
