Started nine games at cornerback and appeared in all 11...Led the team with seven passes defended and 110 interception return yards, tied for first with three interceptions, and finished second with four passes broken up...One of six Wolves to record an interception against Mars Hill Nov. 11 to tie a SAC record as entire defense was named SAC Player of the Week...Mars Hill quarterbacks were limited to a 5.2 passer rating, an all-time record for Newberry opponents...Made 22 tackles (20 solo) with one tackle for loss...Broke up two passes at Wingate Oct. 28...Season-best six tackles (all solo) with a forced fumble and a pass breakup at Carson-Newman Sept. 23.

Appeared in 12 games with three starts...Led team with four interceptions and broke up four passes to finish second on the team with eight passes defended...Recorded 16 tackles with nine solo efforts...Fourth quarter interception against Wingate Nov. 12 and pitch to Jaquille Oden while falling to the turf set Newberry up for touchdowns on its next two offensive snaps as the Wolves scored 13 unanswered points to win SAC title...Picked off a pass in each of the first two games of the season and against Catawba Oct. 1 as well.
