In a battle of NCAA Region II powers the Newberry Wolves will face the Lander Bearcats on the deck of the U.S.S. Yorktown in Charleston Friday at 5:00 p.m.

Lander enters the season as the top pick in the Conference Carolinas men's wrestling preseason poll with Newberry picked to finish second.

Tonight's match is one of six featured on the deck of the Yorktown in a unique setting.
