PREVIEW: Men's Wrestling Travels to Allen University

COLUMBIA - Men's wrestling (4-5, 3-1 conference) heads to Columbia to take on the Allen yellow jackets (5-2, 1-1 conference). The match will begin at 6 P.M.

SCOUTING THE WOLVES
  • The wolves come back to South Carolina after taking on the NWCA National Duals tournament where they took on four top 20 teams in the nation.
  • The wolves have not met the yellow jackets yet this season, but they both took on Montevallo earlier this season.
    • The yellow jackets lost to the falcons 15-32 where as the wolves overcame the falcons 31-14.
SCOUTING THE YELLOW JACKETS
  • The yellow jackets are currently on a five win run, averaging 37.8 points in their last five, while allowing only nine points.
  • Allen competed in the 44th Annual Midwest Classic last month where they placed 46th overall, where as the wolves placed 23rd.
