Newberry Wolves on the Prowl against Carson-Newman Eagles

JEFFERSON CITY, TN.- The Wolves are on the road tomorrow for a SAC matchup against the Eagles of Carson-Newman, tip off is set for 2:00.

Scouting the Wolves
  • The Wolves are 4-9 overall and 2-3 in SAC after falling to Wingate Wednesday evening.
  • Against the Bulldogs, April Rummery-Lamb led the pack with 23 points and went 2 for 3 from the three-point line.
  • Freshman Forward, Alyssa Woodlock, earned her first career start along with her first points and led the Wolves with nine rebounds against Wingate.
  • Rummery-Lamb leads the Wolves averaging 15 points per game.
Scouting the Eagles
  • The Eagles are 8-4 overall and 2-2 in SAC after falling to Lincoln Memorial Wednesday.
  • Against the Railsplitters, the Eagles fell in double overtime.
