Wolves Battle in Loss to Patriots

FLORENCE, S.C- the Newberry college women's soccer team lost to the Patriots of Francis Marion University Sunday (Sept. 3) 3-1.

Jysabella Tolentino scored the lone goal on the day for the Wolves on an forced turnover In FMU's  Defensive Half, as Tolentino turned around shot and scored  from 19 yards out into the opposite corner of the net.

The Wolves (1-1) will be back in action Wednesday (Sept.6) as they travel to Milledgeville, Ga. to take on the Bobcats of Georgia College. Wednesdays match will start at 6:00 p.m (EST)
