SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The tenth ranked Newberry College field hockey continued to dominate this morning defeating Converse University 4-0 in Spartanburg.

The offense was powered by sophomore forward Emma Westbrook and freshman Parker Keeler as they both scored two goals in the morning contest.

Westbrook scored the first goal of the day off an assist from Tamsin Bangert to make it a 1-0 lead in the second quarter. 30 seconds later Keeler would score off of the assist from Westbrook to extend the lead to 2-0 before the half.

Three minutes into the second half, Westbrook would score goal number two off the assist from Payton Keeler to make it 3-0. The Wolves would put the nail on the coffin with under two minutes to play as Keeler would score goal number two off Bangert's second assist of the day.
