Scouting the Trojans: The Anderson University Trojans (8-4, 3-2 South Atlantic Conference) will march their way to Newberry, South Carolina, after defeating Catawba College 21-5 in their last outing on March 25. Fifth in the conference currently, they will make it a mission to play spoiler at Setzler and give the Wolves their first defeat at home this season. Scoring 202 total goals with an average of almost 17 goals a game, the visitors come with firepower, and that firepower is led by Hannah Thomas. A freshman from Oviedo, Florida, she leads the team in total points and goals on the year with 62 points and 57 goals, respectively. She also leads the team in caused turnovers with 12, so the Wolves will have to keep an eye out for her to ensure the streak at home continues for Newberry.

Scouting the Wolves: Back to their winning ways, the Wolves defended home turf (literally) in their last time out on Setzler Field. Newberry defeated the UVA Wise Cavaliers by a score of 15-12 on March 25, giving them a 6-5 record overall and a 3-1 record in conference. A catalyst in the last game that could make a difference in the outcome of the upcoming bout against the Trojans, Emma Jobs should be one to watch for the Wolves. A sophomore from Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada, her four goal performance (all from free positions) last time out led her team en route to the victory, but it'll take a total team effort to conquer the Trojans to a win.
