Wolves are Back in Eleazer Arena to Host the Pioneers of Tusculum University

NEWBERRY, S.C.- Come support the Women's basketball team (3-6, 1-2 SAC) in your favorite Christmas apparel, there will be Christmas music and giveaways throughout the competition! The Wolves will be hosting the Pioneers of Tusculum University (3-5, 1-2 SAC) tomorrow afternoon at 2:00, in Eleazer Arena.

Scouting the Wolves 

  • The Wolves are 3-5 overall and 1-2 in SAC after their first conference win over Limestone 68-59 on Wednesday.  
  • Against the Saints the Wolves had two players in the doubles, Deshona Gaither who recorded a new career-high of 17 points and April-Rummery Lamb with 15 along with collecting five defensive rebounds and six blocks.  
  • Rummery-Lamb leads the pack with 140 points overall averaging 15.6 points a game.  

Scouting the Pioneers 

  • The Pioneers are 3-5 overall and 1-2 in SAC after falling to Carson-Newman 96-57 on Wednesday.  
  • Against the Eagles, the Pioneers Faith Silva led the team scoring 13 points.  

Up Next 

The Wolves are back at home next Tuesday at 2:00 to host Augusta University.
