MANAHAWKIN, N.J. – Freshman forward
Parker Keeler has been named the National Field Hockey Coaches' Association's National Offensive Player of the Week. Keeler is the first freshman in program history to earn a weekly national honor, and the second Wolf to earn honors this season.
Keeler scored a goal in four straight games including a two-goal performance last Saturday in a 4-0 victory over the Valkyries of Converse University.
Keeler has 19 points on the season, scoring eight goals and three assists. Keeler has the team's best .833 shot on goal percentage, along with two game winning goals.
Keeler was also named this week's South Atlantic Conference Offensive Player of the Week.
