NEWBERRY, S.C.- The Wolves Volleyball team fell to the Bulldogs of Wingate University 3-0 this evening in Eleazer Arena.  

The Wolves could not keep up with the Bulldogs this evening with the set scores being 25-12, 25-12, and 25-14.  

The Wolves were not going down easy in the third set, going point for point with the Bulldogs. Newberry was able to gain a three-point lead in the beginning of the third set, the Wolves battled until 10-9 there the Bulldogs then went on a five-point run.  
Wingate performed offensively with 49 kills for a hitting percentage of .359 where the Wolves struggled offensively with 17 kills for a .026 hitting percentage.  

The Wolves kept up with the Bulldogs defensively with 39 digs. Olivia Bradley led the pack with 10 digs this evening while also tagging two aces. Kate Brown led the Wolves offensively with six kills.
