NEWBERRY – With a week off between games, the Newberry College men's soccer team is ready to hit the road for a South Atlantic Conference matchup with the Lenoir-Rhyne Bears on Saturday (Oct. 21) at 5 p.m.
Scouting the Wolves:
• The Wolves (3-6-2, 1-5-2 SAC) went 1-1 last week, including a 5-3 win over Shorter on Senior Day on Wednesday.
• On Saturday, the Wolves dropped a 2-1 decision to Tusculum.

Uriel Zarracan scored in both games, extending his scoring streak to three games and bringing his team-high season total to six goals.

Seraphin Guetan picked up a pair of assists last week – on both of Zarracan's goals – to raise his season total to four. That places him in a tie for sixth most in the conference.
Scouting the Bears:
• Lenoir-Rhyne (3-4-5, 3-2-3 SAC) is 2-0-2 in its last four games and hasn't lost since Sept. 30.
• Against Chowan on the road in their last match, the Bears played to a 1-1 draw.
• Ido Omaysi scored the lone goal for LR in the game, his first of the season.
• Forward Adrian Martina leads the team in goals (5), assists (5) and points (15).
