Scouting the Bearcats: Coming ranked fourth in the Southeast Region, the Bearcats currently come into this game undefeated, coming off a victory over No 6. Ranked regionally Wingate University 87-67. The Bearcats are led by both freshman Jacob Cooper and senior Jared Sherfield, who each are averaging 12.3 points off the bench this season. The Bears averaging 12.8 three pointers per game, over 4 more than they're allowing. 
 
Scouting the Wolves: After starting the season 0-2, the Wolves are coming off three straight victories, including senior QuanDaveon McCollum (Clio, S.C.) being named Player of the Week for his performances. McCollum has been leading the Wolves with 16.4 points per game, along with shooting 48.4% from the field. The Wolves have also been attacking the boards, led by sophomore Malakhi Stremlow (Traverse City, Mich.) who had a career high 17 rebounds against Clayton State.
 
Promotion: The Newberry College athletics department has partnered with the Newberry Young Professionals for a H.U.G.S. drive: hats, underwear, gloves, and socks. Anyone who brings a new/unopened pack of these items will receive free admission to the Wolves' games tomorrow, Nov. 22.
