Box Score GREENEVILLE, Tenn. – The Newberry women's tennis team fell to No. 45 Tusculum 5-2 Saturday afternoon at the Nichols Tennis Complex.
 
The Wolves (11-6, 1-4 SAC) were able to secure the doubles points with wins from their second and third doubles teams. Frederike Klein and Lucy Spice were able to edge out Julia Lopez and Africa Mota with a 7-5 win. Amy Griffiths and Lucia Davila got the win over Emilie Hansen and Brittani Brooks, 6-2.
 
Klein was able to get the Wolves lone win in singles action, doing it in two sets. Klein was able to get past Hansen in the first set with a 6-4 win. Klein was able to clinch the match with a 6-3 win in the second set.
 
The Wolves will be back in action this Tuesday as the take on North Georgia at home at 2 p.m.
