Box Score NEWBERRY – The Newberry women's tennis team posted a 7-0 shutout victory against Columbia (S.C.) on Wednesday afternoon at the Oakland Tennis Center.

Doubles
The Wolves swept all three doubles matches, only giving up one set overall. Elisa Aguirre and Frederike Klein won 6-0 over Columbia's Andrea Dimitrijevic and Madyson Murphy. Lucy Spice and Amy Griffiths also won 6-0 and Madison Conwell and Maegan Togneri won 6-1.

Singles
Newberry had no trouble in singles either. Aguirre won 6-0, 6-2 over Dimitrijevic. Joelle Huelse defeated Caitlyn Wolf 6-1, 6-3 and Lucia Davila prevailed over Madyson Murphy 6-3, 6-1. Spice, Conwell and Togneri put together impressive performances in their matches as all three Wolves dominated their opponents 6-0, 6-0.
