NEWBERRY – The Newberry College Wolves will travel to Wingate, N.C. and Hartsville to finish the regular season.
Newberry (11-15 overall, 7-13 SAC) looks to make a late playoff push as they will travel to play Wingate first on Friday November 13 at 7 p.m. The Wolves will travel to Hartsville on Saturday November 14 to play Coker College at 2 p.m. The Wolves won their last match against Mars Hill by a score of 3-0. Newberry has won four out of their last seven matches making it a tight playoff race for the last spot in the post season.
Alexis Bryant came out strong last match with 11 kills on 19 attempts giving her a .526 hitting percentage. Logan Hayward, Samantha De Jong and Alexus Horton each added six kills against the Lions. Rachel Moran and Maggie Marsh combined for 38 assists while Kensley Jordan tallied 18 digs.

- Freshman setter Maggie Marsh has a team high 648 assists while Rachel Moran is next on the team with 237 assists.
- Logan Hayward leads the way for the Wolves offensively with 272 kills as we get closer to the end of the season while freshman Mary Siebert has added 186 kills to help lead the team down the stretch.
- Freshman libero Kensley Jordan helps the Wolves on defense by leading the team in digs with 452 alongside with freshman, Natalie Willis who has added 192 digs.
