Women's tennis falls at #26 Tusculum 9-0

GREENEVILLE, Tenn. --- The No. 26 Tusculum College women's tennis team won its ninth straight match in defeating Newberry College 9-0 in South Atlantic Conference action at the Nichols Tennis Complex Sunday afternoon.

The Pioneers improve to 13-2 overall and 6-0 in SAC play.  Tusculum can claim its fourth straight conference title next Sunday when it hosts Presbyterian College.  Newberry falls to 2-6 overall and 1-3 in the SAC and it hosts Mars Hill College next Saturday afternoon.
