Diego Millan joined the Wolves' women's soccer program in Fall 2014 following a two-year stint as an assistant coach at his alma mater, Cerritos College.

Millan has also spent time at Bishop Amat HS, joining the team as the varsity girls’ assistant coach in 2012. His other coaching stint includes three years as the goalkeepers coach at ECC Compton Center.

He is a graduate of Kansas Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He was a star goalkeeper for the Coyotes earning Kansas City Athletic Conference Goalkeeper of the Year Award as a senior. He also helped lead his team to a ranking of eighth in the NAIA polls.

While at Cerritos College, he was a two-year starter as goalie and helped lead the team to the 2008 state championship. He was also selected as goalie of the year in 2011. After his collegiate career, he also played semi-professional soccer in Mexico for Club Atlas.

The women’s soccer team opens their season on September 6 against Alabama-Huntsville at 1 p.m.Â
