Appeared in six games as a freshman... Pitched 6.1 innings and recorded a 3.32 ERA... Pitched 1.2 innings against Lincoln Memorial in game two, allowing only one hit.

Halley joins Newberry softball after a playing under head coach Sarah Moore at Hilton Head HS… was a part of Beta Club, Science National Honor Society, Student Government, Executive President, National Honor Society, 1800 Club and pep club… awarded MVP, All-State, All-Region and Coaches award… played on the Carolina Fire club team out of Charleston under head coach Tony Mendez
