RECAP: Newberry took on a challenging match against the Anderson Trojans, ultimately conceding three late goals in what was a tight second half. Despite holding the Trojans scoreless for 70 minutes and several shots on goal, Newberry was unable to keep Anderson off the scoreboard. Anderson scored in the 71st minute, followed by a penalty shot goal in the 85th and found the back of the net again in the 86th minute, sealing the game 3-0.
