This week's South Carolina Army National Guard Players of the Week are freshman cross country runner Addie Davis (Fort Wayne, Ind.) and senior soccer forward Henok Awoke (Marietta, Ga.).
 
Davis was the Wolves top finisher in the Newberry College Invitational run at Johnson Farm. Her 5-kilometer time of 20:56.8 was the fifth fastest out of 54 runners.  She has been the team's top performer all year finishing 8^th at Bob Jones and 82^nd out of 211 runners at Converse.
 
Awoke scored the game winning goal in Saturday night's 1-0 victory over Lenoir-Rhyne.  His unassisted goal at the 42^nd minute led the Wolves to their first victory of the season.  He leads the team with three goals and six points, already surpassing his career total in goals (2).
