NEWBERRY – Newberry College sophomore forward
Emma Westbrook has been named an NCAA Statistical champion as she finished the season leading the NCAA division II level averaging 1.17 goals per game.
Westbrook had a phenomenal season for the Wolves as she broke two school records, scoring 46 total points and 21 goals as the Wolves had a program best 14 wins in the 2023 campaign. Westbrook's
Along with breaking records, Westbrook has been named first team all-SAC as well as a Synapse Sports first team all-American.
Westbrook's statistical championship is the first statistical championship since Erin Robbins earned it in 2021 leading the nation with eight defensive saves.
