GREENWOOD, S.C. - The Newberry College wrestling team ranks third in the NCAA Super Region II Poll after the first month of the regular season.

The wolves went 3-0 in dual meets over the season, defeating #5 ranked King this past Friday, 21-20. Their first two matches of the season, they defeated the University of Montevallo 31-14 and Emory & Henry 51-6.

Graduate student Zebrandon Grant claims the #1 spot in the individual rankings in the 184 Ib weight class.
