Senior Spotlight: Kenny Bergmann

Due to the cancelation of the rest of the spring season, Newberry College is honoring the seniors from our spring sports who were not able to be recognized on Senior Day.

Kenny was a two-year member of the baseball team after transferring to Newberry from UConn. In two years, Kenny hit .313 with 12 doubles, one home run, 36 RBIs, and 19 run scored.

Favorite Professional Team(s): (MLB) Phillies and (NFL) Eagles

Favorite Team Memory: Winning the SAC championship in 2019 as a first year student athlete at Newberry College.

Post Graduation Plans: I would really enjoy staying around the sports world or being able to work outdoors in some way shape or form. Ideally, I would like to work for a professional sports team in the field of public relations.
