AIKEN, S.C.— USC Aiken (4-2) swept through all nine games to defeat the Newberry College (2-3) Lady Indians 9-0 Monday afternoon. The Lady Pacers dominated through most of the matches, shutting out their opponents in four games. The non-conference win is the fourth for USC Aiken while the Lady Indians drop their third.

Number three doubles Elly Toth and Marine Cannic shut out Brittany Grooms and Chanelle Clare for an impressive 8-0 win.

Number four singles Mayra Kaefer, number five Toth and number six Cannic each posted one shut out in each of their singles matches. No Lady Pacer gave up more than three points in any of the singles games.

USC Aiken will travel to Pfeiffer on Wednesday, February 15, to face the Lady Falcons at 3:00 p.m. The Lady Indians will face Benedict on Wednesday, February 15 at 2:00 p.m.
